Thanks for the question. Depending on the settings of your account, the messages may be moving to an archive folder instead of the trash:

Additionally, you can configure how long deleted messages stay in the Trash mailbox:
Stash your trash. You can set how long deleted messages stay in the Trash mailbox. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > account name > Account > Advanced.

Thank you for your quick response. All settings are configured as above.
I discovered that the problem with deleted mails affects only draft e-mails, that somehow have been saved in the Iphone memory. The folder with drafts is empty (both in Iphone and Gmail account). These drafts can be found via Spotlight only. I search through the Internet and I found out that it is a bug in the iOS. Is it true?
