When I rent or purchase a movie from itunes, the audio stops after a few minutes and the picture stops and runs often, i do not have a problem with my dvds or netflix or hulu, can anyone tell me what is wrong?
I have a dell insperion laptop with windows 8, when I download a purchased or rented movie from iTunes, it plays for a few minutes then It looses audio completely and the picture stops and goes slowly, I have no problems with my dvd player or movies from Netflix or hulu, can someone help please?
