Sounds like you can just add them in the Account Information screen of the Mail Preferences.
Mac OS X: Using email aliases in Mail
- In Mail, choose Preferencesfrom theMailmenu.
- Click Accounts.
- Select your master account (the one to which email from your alias addresses gets sent).
- Click Account Information and in the Email Address field, add all of the account's associated alias addresses, each separated by a comma.
- Save your changes.

You need to setup first. Log into https://www.icloud.com/
Under Preferences (Gear in lower left), select Accounts > Add alias.
These will auto populate in Mail Accounts window.
