Q: You are not a member of the administrator group.

When attempting to restore my iPhone 5S from iCloud backup, I get a prompt right before I can restore for my apple ID password. The problem is, it shows my old nickname (xxxx instead of xxx.yyy@emaildomain.com). I tried my iCloud password and I get a dialog saying "You are not a member of the administrator group."

 

How do I get past this screen?
