Q: iPhone Restore Password?

So I had to get a new iPhone because my old one was water damaged. I'm trying to restore from iTunes but when I try to restore it, iTunes says I need to "enter a password to restore iPhone." So I've tried my actual iPhone passcode, my apple ID and my actual Mac password and none work. Which password am I supposed to enter to restore my phone?

It wants the password you used to encrypt the backup of your previous phone.

Theeeeeen, you will have to restore the device as new, not from a backup. See this support document. iOS: Troubleshooting encrypted backups or this one. iTunes: About iOS backups
