UUpdated to iOS 8 today and I have used the icloud to get my photos back. However before I updated I deleted some photos on my camera roll but they was still there on my photo stream. Is there anyway I can get my photo stream photos back and not just my camera roll photos?
Just got off the phone with apples engineer manger and it fixed my photo issue, if you photos were backed up then go to settings icloud turn off photostream then turn it back on and go to you photos app and it should start loading your photos you had backedup. Hope this help and please the information on. Thank you
This only works for the last 30 days worth of saved photos.
i did a restore iPhone from iTunes and it worked great, i recover all my pics.
1) restore to factory settings 2) restore from iTunes
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
and then once your iPhone has been restored to factory settings
you follow this instructions and choose iTunes backup.
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
and then i went to photos
and still there was no album with my pics (it only showed: recently added, panoramas, videos. etc) but i find them in photos, on the button left.
I Can't get my data, photos back after doing this exact thing. 😟 does it have to do with the fact that I synced phone to iTunes AFTER the iOS 8 update? i did factory setting, via iTunes sync and it won't allow me to sync to previous update.
