Q: i can't boot bootcamp

There is nothing wrong with the partitions. In Disk Utility, click on disk0s4, erase it and format it as Free Space. Then drag the bottom right triangle of the Macintosh HD all the way to the bottom of the window.

Here you are creating a new partition. You do not need to.

You should format it as Free Space.

Do you have Time Machine configured? Has your Windows ISO download completed?

1. Let the Windows download complete. Copy it to the USB where you have the latest bootcamp drivers. If you have another external drive, copy the files from the Mac that you want to save.

2. Using Command+Opt+R, erase you disk, and reinstall OS X. Re-install any applications and restore your files from the external disk.

3. Copy Windows ISO and Bootcamp drivers to the internal disk.

4. Partition and install Windows using Bootcamp Assistant.

You can. It may not make much of a difference though. I would be surprised if it made any difference.

You are now out of contiguous free space large enough for the Bootcamp installation you want. The only option is erase and put all files back. A Time Machine backup can do that. You should have a backup anyway.
