I'm trying to complete I-cloud/I-tunes match, but am unable due to error 4007...? how do I remedy/fix this?

Hi, I have the same error message when I try to 'Match' when using my library.
I managed to 'workaround' it by 'matching' when logged in to the store instead of my library.

Sign out of itunes and sign in again. iMatch must be reauthorized with the computer, but it doesn't take decades to finish the process.
