Q: Should I unlock my iPhone when I'm going to America from Australia?

Dear everyone!

I am living in Australia, and I am going to New York for a 7-day visiting in 2 weeks.

I will purchase a prepaid SIM for 7 days in New York.

And I wonder, if I will be needed to unlock my iPhone in order to use the new SIM card in the US.

Thank you !
