Q: How can i get out of it with out loosing any data ?

I was updating ios 8 on my iphone 5s and when it was installing then the recovery mood showed up .

I Just don't Want to loos my data !

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

In recovery mode, all data is already gone.

You can restore from backup after that.
