Q: iOS update frozen

i started the IOS8 update on my iPhone 5

the download was ok but the implementation of IOS is frozen half way since 12 hours, showing the apple sign and the progress bar.

And this happened in the same way to my second iphone 5.

what to do ? help me please .

Hello xdx59

When you are unable to update on your iPhone and it appears to be stuck at the progress bar, the first article will give some troubleshooting options to get it back up and running. If you are still stuck, then the next step would be to follow the steps in the second article which would have you restore your iPhone.
