Q: iWork for iCloud Drive version incorrect after iOS 8 upgarded
Dear Apple's iWork Team and iCloud Drive Team,
Today morning I has upgraded my device iPhone 5 and iPad min 2 to iOS 8 completed without any problem.
When I back to working I have open the iWork on my MacBook Pro with Retina Display (mid 2012), the Numbers and Page will be open the document in iCloud Drive directly.
But unfortunately, I found the documents stored in iCloud Drive have be restored to older version on mid of August 2014 or later, I have checked both iCloud Drive folder in website www.icloud.com and www.beta.icloud.com, the version of document is same.
Because of I did a lot of test with live data on iWork documents from mid of August 2014 while migrate into iCloud Drive. I want to recall the date I did changes in Beta iCloud so I can switch the changes manually into migrated iCloud Drive.
Recommendation for iCloud team, I suggest the live data maintaining in www.icloud.com with migration of iCloud Drive after migrated. And the testing data maintaining in www.beta.icloud.com with migration of iCloud Drive before migration.
Or at least short period for us to moving the testing data from testing environment back to live environment in one week or two weeks.
Best regards,
Peter Tsang
