Q: backup begins but does not complete.

I go through the process of initiating back up between phone and computer. Phone and computer connect and the process symbol starts working on both itunes and phone, but the process bar doesn´t pass stage 2 (which never completes). Both can be connected for over an our with the same stage process as from the start.

I also have an issue with connecting to itunes store: unable to connect.

When I also try to access iCloud there´s a message that comes up: unable to connect to server.

Any suggestions?
