Dec 15, 2014 8:52 AM in response to enos_u_dipstickby Michelwg,Thnx for the step-by-step but it didn't work for me.
Two problems still exist.
1. In my purchases list still cannot see the purchases of the family-members, not can they see mine (all members have "shared" ON.
2. My wife, who is a member, downloaded an app that I had urchased months ago. Now all of a sudden she is excluded from using it and when she selects it in the App-store she has to pay for it!

Jul 12, 2015 9:01 AM in response to Michelwgby Globe77,I had this same thing, I could see my wife's purchases, but she couldn't see mine, nor our Apple Music Family (the only reason I finally did this). Turns out I needed to go under iCloud/Family/Her Name/Family Purchases and switch that to her Apple ID e-mail address (I don't know why this option even exists if it's supposed to match her Apple ID used in Family). This wasn't intuitive to me because it says "Use this account...to share purchases", so I thought that would be the main account. I had her Apple ID everywhere else (iTunes/Music/iCloud/Family/etc). Once I switched this, everything got fixed immediately.
