If you are having issues with Touch ID on your iPhone, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:
I did notice in your attached image that you appear to have Assistive Touch enabled; if this is due to a hardware issue with your Home Button, this could also affect Touch ID. In that case, you may need to have the phone serviced:
