Q: Touch id deactivated

Hello, I bought Iphone 5s from Apple online in UK since 2013, October.

Now I still use Iphone 5s but I live in Thailand. My Iphone has some problem : Touch Id has been deactivate.

I try restore my Iphone but it doesn't change. Would you tell me about the way to solve this problem.

Hi liverdora,

If you are having issues with Touch ID on your iPhone, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

iPhone 5s: Using Touch ID

I did notice in your attached image that you appear to have Assistive Touch enabled; if this is due to a hardware issue with your Home Button, this could also affect Touch ID. In that case, you may need to have the phone serviced:
