Q: iphone 4s bluetooth problems

Hello my name is Santiago, i have an iphone for about two years and the bluetooth works freely, and about two weecks ago do not works no more, u trun on the bluetooth option and the weel apears like loocking for other element but can not see any, and the other elements can not see my iphone eighter, im not sure if my problem is a hardware problem or a software problem, i will apreciate so much the help aroun this issue.
