Sep 18, 2014 1:13 PM in response to Itchy51by Itchy51,I've restarted the computer both from the hd and start-up disk. STill no display. Also reset PRAM/NVRAM. Computer seems to be running based on hd sounds. Caps lock key lights when pressed. But no display.

That I can't ascertain, since it's something you need to ponder. I personally have no use for the new machines that can't be serviced by users.

Sep 19, 2014 5:54 AM in response to baltwoby Itchy51,Right. It just seems like the computer is running normally, but there is no display. Like it's stuck in sleep mode. Is there a way to output to another video display so I can do a complete back up? Most recent about 10 days ago.
