photo file from I photo too large when emailing .

I Photo files too big when Emailing . I never had this problem before . I reduced the file as much as I could to 63 mg . Still creates an image where only

a piece appears on the Email page so you have to scrol from side to side to aee entire image . How can i compress the image ?

Any info would be helpful !
