two-factor authentication ios8 upgrade - no code recieved

Hey,

I've enabled two-factor authentication 1 month ago. Now with the ios8 update i'm stuck in the "Hello-Process".

Because i didn't receive the codes from apple. Not on my iphone or on my old nokia.

I've tried also icloud.com and the manage apple id site. no code received (or send by apple).

Anyone with the same problem or an Solution idea ?
Pls help
