Sep 20, 2014 11:07 AM in response to agargataby norm123,Hello agargata
I would start with looking at the usage on your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Usage and click on Battery Usage. It will give you a time of Usage and Stand By time as well breaking down what apps are using the most battery. I have provided the second article to inform about the operating temperature of your iPhone if you want to know more about that.
iOS: About standby and usage time

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

Sep 21, 2014 2:45 AM in response to agargataby woodmeister50,FWIW, I noticed the same thing after the update was complete and
it stayed quite warm for several minutes. After a this few minutes,
things cooled down back to normal and has been fine ever since.
Perhaps something is happening like on OSX where spotlight is re-indexing
the content of the phone for search engine?
