If necessary:
Download QTMLClient.dll & iTunesMobileDevice.dll for RecBoot
and
RecBoot may have problems on 64X windows, then try:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Sep 18, 2014 11:29 AM in response to lllaassby ddelbiondo,I was always told that you can just do it over Wi-Fi, that you didn't need to hook it up to a computer to do the software updates. I never had an issue updating it to iOS 7, I didn't need to hook it up to a computer then..
