I'm having the similar issue after update to iOS 8 with iTunes software. When i'm using safari mostly, .. after a few minutes working on them, the Blue Screen appear and iPad air reboot itself.

It doesn't help! I just updated yesterday too, and I'm still facing the BSOD.

This is unacceptable! seriously what happened to Apple?. I can't believe what's happening with their products and operative systems. My iPad Air is now practically useless, I can't do anything for more than 10 or 15 minutes without BSOD.

Same issue here on iPad mini.  Started immediately after upgrading to IOS 8.  Went to IOS 8.0.2 and it still happens.  I have done full reset and restores 3x and 2x more in DFU mode.  Same issue.  I was told to bring it to an Apple store.

    Dear All,

FIxed issue of BSOD ON IPad mini with retina display after updating IOS 8.0.2.

    Use recovery mode

You might need to use recovery mode to restore your device in these cases:

    • iTunes doesn't recognize your device or says it's in recovery mode.
    • You see the Apple logo onscreen for several minutes with no progress bar.
    • You see the Connect to iTunes screen.

Learn what to do if you see the progress bar onscreen for several minutes. To put your device into recovery mode, follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your device and leave it off.
    2. Plug in your device's USB cable to a computer with iTunes.
    3. Hold down the Home button on your device as you connect the USB cable. Keep holding down the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
    4. When you see this screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 again.

When your device is connected, iTunes will open. You'll see a message saying that iTunes has detected an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in recovery mode.

After recovery mode is completed do not restore your back up reinstall everything as if new.

    Doing this will work.

THERE ARE NO MORE BSOD ON MY IPAD

Same thing here.. iPad air 64gb keep getting BSOD when using random apps for several minutes.. I should've stayed with iOS 7.. iOS 8 is the worst update ever!

Even I am having the same problem with my iPad Air Wifi,Contacted Apple Support twice, they told the update process is not completed successfully, even though I did it twice First using OTA and after their advice through iTunes. But I still had the problem. Now they r telling me to restore it to new and not apply my old backup. But I need to be sure that even this works. So amimani, ikssolver did your problem get resolved completely after this??

I have exactly the same problem too. I have 2 ipad mini retina. I have directly upgraded one of them, the other one is restored via itunes with the restore file. Prob

em continued. Then I have updated minor fixes 8.0.2 with many hopes, But still both are having same problem. It is really annoying. Apple guys must really care this. I had this problem while writing this message.
