I Updated my iPad Air 16gb wifi model with iOS 8 yesterday and since then I am facing random reboots with blue screens. Is this a known issue or am I in trouble ?

    Same here...Watchdog: Thermal not updating...

I Have 51 entries of Stacks+Backboardd.  They are all dated from as early as 9-17-14 and the latest being recorded on 9-19-14.  I have had many BSOD since the 9-19-14....I had at least 4 yesterday and 3 or 4 so far today.

I have the stacks+backboard errors too... But I have them on my iPhone as well (which has not shown the Blue screen problem at all)...

the diagnost entry linked to this is more likely the one that ends with .panic.ips

    bug type: 110

    WDT Timeout

the panicked task varies in my case: kernel task, MobileSafari, Asphalt8, itunesstored

and these correspond to what app or task I was doing when the crash took place....

    Reason:              Watchdog: Thermal not updating,

I have an iPad Air, 16GB, WiFi only.

upgraded initially OTA but this seemed to cause some issues in that it stopped the device from working entirely. I had to put it into recovery mode, restore it and which then reinstalled iOS 8 all through iTunes. I haven't had a blue screen crash since Thursday, but haven't had much opportunity to use my iPad since then, so will likely recur. Have also updated to iOS 8.0.2 last night.

I'm having the same problem with my iPhone 6 Plus.

I've  tried updating to 8.0.2 but the phone crashed while installing so I had to roll back to 8.0.

I'm trying to update the software again but I'm constantly getting 'software update failed'.

I'm also unable to download any apps. Once I click the 'download' button, the circle just keeps spinning and spinning. I've tried with multiple apps but they just won't download.

It's also been crashing and rebooting every 5 minutes, I don't know how many times I've seen the blue screen of death today, I even had a red one.

What should I do guys? I've tried everything from rebooting, restoring from update, setting up as a new iPhone, I've tried it all.

Even if I go to an Apple Store they won't be able to help. You know how hard it is to duplicate a problem in store? Especially with my luck! And they probably don't even have the phone in stock so it's not like they can just give me a new one.
