Websites that need my webcam/mic don't work? (safari)

i'm on safari & websites that need a username/password won't let me click sign in. It is usually broadcasting/streaming webstites that don't work. (ex: Omegle, Vaughlive.tv , YouNow, Ustream, Twitch etc.) These websites won't even load their chatrooms, or let me click around or fully loads everything on the page. I've tried just about everything. Erased cookies/cache, reset safari, reset my laptop (macbook air), made sure all preferences are set to their default, deleted any ad blocks I had, deleted pretty much anything I ever downloaded, the only downloaded program I have is adobe flash player. My laptop is practically on its factory settings. I've done just about everything I could & nothing works. I hope you guys can help me out.

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Go to system preferences -> Other -> Adobe Flash Player, click on that.

When the window comes up, click on Camera and Mic

Click on Camera and Mic settings by site.

If the site is already there, change the setting to "Allow" if it isn't already.

If the site isn't in the list, click the "+" at the bottom left, and cut and paste the site you want to use your microphone on. Set it to "Allow".
