Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not seeing family shared content on your PC. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.
If you don't see your family's shared content
Make sure your device meets the system requirements
To access your family's shared content, you need an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iOS 8 or a Mac using OS X Yosemite.
