How will the health app know your blood alcohol content on iOS 8?

I'm curious a to how the health app on iOS 8 is going to receive all of it's information. Is it only able to get all the information for the health app from the apple watch coming out in 2015? Will the health app really be able to tell your blood alcohol content? And how does it do that accurately? Is it worth it to get the apple watch when it comes out?

iPhone 5, iOS 8

There are apps that calculate the measurement based on consumption and then there are devices that actually read the value from your breathe (eg: http://finance.yahoo.com/video/upgrade-smartphone-device-tracks-shares-041822195 .html)

Having said that, such apps can send this information to the Health app. Dont think the Apple Watch will be able to read blood alcohol levels - but we will have to wait and see when its actually released.
