Completed all the steps for family sharing. But still can't see their purchases
I saw an article that suggested that you may have to download something like a free app from the app store to jump start things. You might give that a try and see if it works for you.
You have to go to iTunes-> Purchased to see the shared content then you have to download it. Not very user friendly, in my opinion. I ended up reverting my kids devices back to my apple id since it's much easier for them to access movies from Videos via my iCloud account then to have to dig around in iTunes for it. We won't be using Family Sharing until Apple improves it.
