Hi, I have problem.
I cannot make point 4 form procedure create Apple ID for children (see up). Result is = you do not have join pay card, but this is not true.
But I have join card and card is OK = I did test = buy something form AppStore and all is OK.
I tested this on iPhone 5s and iPadmini2 both with iOS8.
