I am unable to Backup to ITunes after upgrading to IOS 8 due to unknown error.
I have tried on 2 Authorizes Computers with the same negative result.
Is anyone able to please help resolve my issue.

i wonder how many times this article is going to get referred to people who have the same problem as I do (and so it seems hundreds do) before Apple realizes it doesn't solve the problem. it's easier to give a boilerplate solution faq than to find a true solution to a problem. Isn't it Apple?
I agree with you. I have wasted so much time in the Apple Store and on the phone with Apple and their latest response is to restore my phone then start fresh.
They have referenced this article way too many times. It doesn't work.
