You saved my time , Re-setting Network settings solved the problem

Go to >settings>general>reset>reset network settings &follow prompts

Thank you!  Resetting the network settings worked!  That is the only thing that worked for my BRAND NEW iphone 6+!!!!

1.reset your settings.

2.go to icloud.com

3.set up icloud for your device.

and its all set.worked for me,hope its useful

I Have sold the problem by making the time automatically .

Settings - General - date time - set automatically

This seemed to work for me just now but there was no prompt to accept the T&C's.  After installing the find my iPhone and the friends apps the issue cleared.

I'M SO DUMB, I spent hours trying to find a way to fix it turns out all i needed to do was to change the time to set auto

Your reply caught my eye. I have exactly the opposite of your problem. When I turn on the VPN, everything works, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, find my phone and find my friends. However when I turn it off, I can not get a single thing to work, all of them mentioned above. This frustrates me. I mean I can't even use iMessage when I turn off VPN. How stupid is that??? This is not supposed to happen. Oh and I forgot to say, none of the methods workend for me. Someone please help, I think the problem might be on the VPN.

I would've swore you were just phishing but out of curiosity, I tried setting my time zone to auto and it fixed it!!
