Q: Cannot restore iPad using icloud after IOS8 upgrade

The upgrade to IOS 8 was taking forever with no action on the bar bellow the apple log. After 4 hours, I did a hardware reset and recover the ipad using the iTunes.

So, I started to setup the device, choosing the ipad´s backup at iCloud.

     The restore process begins

     The blue bar stars to move

     After just a couple of minutes the ipad restarts

     Apple log appears with a progress bar underneath.

     3/4 to the end it stops again

     And stays stopped forever....

Please what more can I do?
