HI everyone
im having a problem using my computer in clamshell mode. When i close the screen, it switches my tv to my primary monitor (as it should). The problem is that after 30 seconds or so, the screen turns black and goes to standby mode.
Any advice?

You may want to verify that your device is connected to power and meets the other requirements for using clamshell mode.
Requirements for closed display mode:
- Power adapter
- External keyboard, mouse, or trackpad
- External display
