*GLITCH* iPhone 6 Plus Spotlight Search grayscale and pixelated
Just as the title says, when I go to spotlight search, it becomes all pixelated and grayscale. Weird glitch, please fix Apple!
Won't let me upload a picture.

I had this, too.
I had been playing with the accessibility features and had enabled the lower white point and switched the transparency reduction on and off. By disabling the lowered white point and toggling the transparency switch on, looking at spotlight, then toggling it off, I got it to go away.

Apple doesn't monitor these forums so pleading with them won't help. We are all users just like yourself.
Try doing a restart then restore. Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
Yes! I have the same issue ~ But it is fine after re-start. I think it's a iOS 8 bug ... ~_~
I had the same problem. This fixed it:
Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase Contrast >
Then toggle the Reduce Transparency on and off
Boom!
Thank you! This solved my issue 😉 I only wish I had seen it earlier so I would have saved the gas, tolls and time wasted going all the way to the Apple store where they told me my phone was corrupted... Unbelievable they don't know how to deal with this issue!
Sane thing here. This happens after playing the visual options under accessibility. A restart will fix, however if I go back and toggle these settings again it reproduces. No showstopper but an annoying bug. I'm sure will be polished with upcoming update.
Really weird "bug". I changed a few of the visual options, then the "grayscaled pixelated" Spotlight appears. Then I followed BenjaminFP's approach (ie. removing transparency). That fixes it...but here is the weird stuff. Switch back transparency again (in Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase contrast) - and it looks OK. In other words, no need for restart here. Odd...but at least I know now that if appears, changes settings and it may go away again...until it reappears...:-)
iPhone 6, iOS 8.1
in my opinion I kinda hope Apple doesnt patch it because everyone knows the performance on the iPhone 4s is just terrible but because of the spotlight glitch there's no blur an the keyboard doesn't lag and grudge as its coming up
Like you said I faced the same problem when I changed acessibility features .,. When I restart the phone it was Ok
