I have an iPhone 5.
Yesterday I updated my iPhone to IOS8, and it works fine not. But I do not have the "dictation-button" (it is on the smiley/emoji's-button's right side) on my keyboard? My friends who also have an iPhone 5 have it on their keyboard,
So my question is: "Do any of you know, why I don't have the button?".

You may want to take a look at your Restrictions settings. The article below has more information.
Dictation can be enabled and disabled by disabling Siri in Settings > General > Restrictions. Find more information about using Restrictions.

The exact same thing happened to me today when I updated to iOS 8.02. My phone was not working well and I found instructions on the discussion board to erase my iPhone and reset it. I did this and afterwords my microphone was not showing up for dictation on my keyboard. It seems, that after the reset my Siri was turned off. Turning Siri back on enabled my microphone for dictation.
