Can I use iCloud Keychain without a smart phone?

I do not have a phone that can receive messages. That what computers are for. Can I use iCloud Keychain?

No. There would be no way for your phone to connect to iCloud to sync the keychain. iCloud keychain works an iOS devices running iOS 7.0.3 or higher and Macs running OS X Mavericks (10.9) or higher.

I do not think you understood my problem. I want to use iCloud Keychain with my macs and iPad, but do not have a phone that can receive messages.
