Upgrading to OSI 8 now my iPhone working in my Car

I up grade to OSI 8 last night got in my 2014 Fiat 500L this morning and the phone does not work today.

Is there a way to go back to OSI 7? If not when are you going to fix the phone issue in cars. I see that there are a lot of issues concerning this problem.

Need apples help to fix this bug quickly.

I seem to got my iPhone 6 and 500L working again.

I erased the phone and restored from backup. (Deleted the iPhone pair in the 500L and re-paired the iPhone with the car).

A bit of a pain, but at least it is working again.

It's definitely an iPhone iOS 8 issue. So hopefully Apple fixes this problem so others don't need to erase and restore from backup.

BTW: I'm using 8.0.2 of iOS 8 now.

I too am suffering the same problem in my Abarth, deleting the pairing and reconnecting is only temporary because the next time I tired to connect I suffered the same issue, no calls through the car speakers.

I've even tried doing a reset of the phone "home and sleep button pressed together" but this is also a temporary fix.

Best bet is to try get an upgrade on the blue and me system but its such a pain to try and sort out time to take the car in and wait for such a small fix.

Apple's fault no doubt, there has been many users who have been affected with this bug.
