Thank you for your reply where do I contact the developer the app no longer shows in the App Store ?

If google does not provide any assistance, you can probably assume that the developer
has abandoned the app (or received a cease and desist order from the media companies).
It is incumbent upon the developer of any individual app to be sure his/her/its app will work
with iOS updates. You may wish to search the AppStore for a suitable replacement.
I See I think you could be right as I can't find it anywhere it's so frustrating I've hundreds of songs on it , the app is still on my phone it just will not play
I wish I could offer a better solution. Unfortunately, developers abandon apps all the time
and former happy users are left disgruntled. Perhaps someone will chime in with a
workaround.
Yep I have the same problem. I had to connect to my phone to iTunes and download all the mp3 from the app and import into my itunes library and sync with my phone. Didn't lose any songs. You can still use the app to download songs from website but to play them you need to transfer to your itunes.
I found a workaround!
Keep your app to do what you do with it, then go download a VIDEO downloading app (like the one with green background and downpointing white arrow)..
- go to your songs in the bsosoft free music dl app
- then go to try and play them
- then press the icon to share them (box with right arrow)
- press "option"
- press "open in"
- select the video playing app
- repeat as necessary to migrate/grow your collection!

How do you extract the songs from the App on to your pc?
Do you have details of the video downloader app ? ive downloaded one however doesnt come up as an option when trying to open in 😟
You plug your phone in to your Mac or PC and when Itunes pops up go to select on your phone on the right hand side. Then click on Apps (in the center of the itunes menu). Then Scroll to the bottom where it says File Sharing and then select the app you want to transfer the music from your phone to you computer. Hightlight the files you want and click Save To.
