my iphone froze while restoring

i was doing the backou and restoring to my iphone 5s,and then suddenly it was like there was an error during restor, and the iphone froze on the connect to itunes screen.Although it is already connected,but my itunes didnt load the info and stuff.and i pressed the home and lock buttons for sooooooo longggggg.All what happened is that the apple logo appears then the same connect to itunes thing

Im sorry if this was a long story,but Im really frustrated and i need to use my phone on daily bases
