Sep 19, 2014 3:11 PM in response to Pegagusby Loner T,Your email issues are not directly related to your FiberOptics setup? If your iPad is WiFi-only, can you use Safari from your iPad and go to http://www.apple.com/. You may not be connected to the wifi in the house from your iPad.
Your iPhone may use cellular to get data.

Sep 19, 2014 4:02 PM in response to Pegagusby Loner T,If it is the only the account that your ISP set up for you does not work, but you can get to the internet otherwise, then just the account setup needs to be done appropriately.
Who is your ISP? Did they give you login credentials and password? Can you get to the this specific email inbox from your computer?
