Q: Need to know how to configure email using fiberoptics

I Now have fiberoptics in my house. The email on my computer is using outlook and works fine. on my iPhone and iPad the outgoing messages won't go. The error message is that the outgoing server is not configured. On my home computer it will not allow me to use secure password settings. My service provided does not support iPad Or iPhone so theywon't help me.

 

can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

    Your email issues are not directly related to your FiberOptics setup? If your iPad is WiFi-only, can you use Safari from your iPad and  go to http://www.apple.com/. You may not be connected to the wifi in the house from your iPad.

     

    Your iPhone may use cellular to get data.

    i don't understand everything works okay but the New fiber optics email account that I have setup.

    If it is the only the account that your ISP set up for you does not work, but you can get to the internet otherwise, then just the account setup needs to be done appropriately.

     

    Who is your ISP? Did they give you login credentials and  password? Can you get to the this specific email inbox from your computer?
