Q: No sim card removal tool with iphone 6?

I called Apple Support and told them about it- they rep said that we don't get a sim card removal pin with the 6, but all the unboxing videos had the pins in them. Is this true, though?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Tell Apple  feedback that is just so bad it makes your phone totally unusable. I would also contact the newspaper, TV stations and Radio. Wha knows when this disaster could strike another buyer. Pretty much unthinkable, really. Also tell SWC.

I am certain that Apple has singled you out as not worthy of receiving a "manual" (which it isn't) with your phone. My iPhone 6 came with a card showing the function of each of the switches, and the URL for the online "getting started" page, which is much more useful than the garbage 6 page "manual" that came with my iPhone 5S.

Very funny, you are a very smart guy. You believe you know everything, you are in the top of the world.

Ok, let me ask something to you: when Apple makes 4 actualization in less than 2 months? Too many bugs perhaps. Unfortunately Apple is losing your differential it is sad!

That doesn't even make any sense. What are actualizations????  What do they have to do with your lost Sim Removal Tool? Or you missing non existent 'manual'?????

Glad I wasn't the only one thoroughly confused by that post..... all I could think was an autocorrect fail of some sort.

Sorry man but when you accept fault/defectives easily you are contributing with degradation of quality.

I am not a man, thank you.

No, there is no degradation in quality; there is a conservation of materials, of packaging weight saving fuel (even small amounts of weight add up over millions of phones). Apple is being responsible. And, obviously, you don't need the getting started pamphlet (calling it a manual is silly) as you're on at least your second iPhone. That fact that you're this unhappy over a glorified paperclip and a tiny piece of paper is bordering on the absurd.

This IS one of the funniest threads I've seen in a long time. I especially like the solution from @schaafsmaster.

I was ready to take mine out of the box from my original iPhone and mail it to him.

Meg, check the Lounge, I left you a message.

I hear that you can use a toenail clipping also. Tried it and it works. Just don't remove the SIM card more than ten times a day.

I agree. I think Apple should put more stickers in the box.

I kinda miss the old rainbow apple. I must have a few of those somewhere that came with my Mac LC.

I'll say this: I got SIM Card removal tools in BOTH my iPhone 5 AND my iPhone 6 Boxes. If memory serves, it was in my iPhone 4 box as well.
