Q: PowerBook G4 LapTop Wont turn on.

I have a mac PowerBook G4 laptop and when I turn it on, the light on the screen release flashes and it makes a beeping noise, thus won't even turn on.

PowerBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    Please clarify what computer you have you have. No PowerBook G4 can run Mac OS 10.6.8 as shown in your profile. Please do "About this Mac" from your Apply menu and tell us what that shows for Mac OSX version and "processor."

    I can't turn it on so I have no idea what processor it has, nor am I exactly sure the what os x is installed on it I just remember that snow leapard was on it from the last time I used it.

    Then what is printed on the display frame just above the keyboard? If you really have a MacBook or MacBook Pro, we need to get you to a forum where you can get more views, as this one for pre-2006 notebooks looks like a graveyard most of the time.
