Solved: The pulse is from AirDrop wich as default has pulse on.

go to settings-sounds-find AirDrop in the list. click on it and turn vibrate off(none) and notificationsounds also none.

Opgelost: Het geluid komt van AirDrop die standaard pulse aan heeft staan.

ga naar instellingen-geluiden- vindt in de lijst AirDrop, klik erop en zet trillen en meldingstonen uit.

Then you will have to find the app that is creating an alarm at 1:30 am every day. If you actually watch it at that time a notification will be posted by the app. So you don't have to wait up just switch the date and time to manual and set the time to 1:25 am.

Yea it's a prob with the beta version I have the I phone 7 and it does that so I upgraded my phone and no issues but then found out my phone had spyware put on it so it was basically tapped and I had no clue but if u take ur phone in and get the number changed all the **** will go away.

It is not an "issue." You have an app that is creating a notification with the tri-tone alert. You need to find the app and turn of its notifications. Go to Settings/Notifications. Look at any that have "Sounds" listed, and turn off Sounds.

I must have installed a hacked beta version but I took my phone to AT&T and there the ones who told me I had spyware on my phone and said to change my number and it would get rid of it so I did and haven't had any problems sonce

AT&T doesn't know anything about iPhones. If you got the beta as part of the Apple beta program, and not some random site on the Internet, it wasn't hacked. And if it was hacked changing your number wouldn't have fixed it.

I have had a friend have this problem. I don’t know if any of you have figured it your problem out yet but I may have a solution. Do you remember the sound it plays? If so, go into settings, go to “sounds”, then scroll down to “New Mail”, and play that sound. Is it the same sound? If so then that is what that sound is! Your phone makes that specific sound every time you receive a new email in your Mail app. If you no longer want the sound to play then swipe the New Mail button to off. I hope this solves you problem. If this does not fix it, go through each of the sounds and see if there is the similar sound. Good luck everyone.

It has come to my attention that everytime I delete my searchhistory of FB on the Ipad (individually by using the x) an notification sound will Play on my Iphone.

Yes. It just started happening and it won't stop! It has to be a bug, because I even whent into "notifications" and turned them ALL off. It still is happening. I had to turn my phone off. I just bought this new iPhone 8 just a few weeks ago! I have to call Apple tomorrow. Annoying!

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your

Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

Getting the same issue. Seem to be getting it on both an iPhone 5 and 6 running ios8. They both "ring" at the same time.

Same for me. iOS8 on iPhone 5. I went through all my notifications to make sure I don't have one that set to only sound with no notification center or no lock screen notice and no badge but I couldn't find any. Plus I did an upgrade from my previous version so all my settings should have been the same since iOS7. Its gotta be a bug. It's so freaking annoying!

I'm having the same thing happen, random vibration with nothing to notify me about. iPhone 5 running iOS8. Getting annoying, would love to know if there is a fix in the works or a way to fix the problem.

There is an app on your phone that is doing this. iOS 8 does not send any signals. Apps can post alerts without a notification badge appearing; many apps do. You need to do some detective work and figure out which app it is.
