Q: Freezing and cannot connect to wifi

Start at spotlight search

Find results on maps

Touch results to go to contact page

Scroll to bottom touch add to existing contact

When contacts appear touch search to find existing contact

Phone freezes at this point  and only a soft reset will allow continued use.

Also can't find wifi then magically connects

Return it and get your money back.  That's what I did.  I tried 3 phones on display and they all did the same thing.
