    Hey there!

Here are the problems I have with my 5s since the update to iOS8:

    1. Notification Center freezes from time to time in the lockscreen

    2. Receiving a message, email, whatsapp and so on... is shown as banner while I'm using the iPhone. If you don't reply, the banner should hide after a few seconds. But it doesn't. I have to pull it up. This is very annoying while playing a game or using another app.

    3. Some apps are not working. But this is probably not Apple's fault. Not every of my apps has been updated to iOS 8.

    4. Battery life isn't as it was. But not as much as many people say.

    5. Sometimes it's getting really hot.

    6. Switching between different WLAN doesn't work really good. Mostly I have to choose on my own.

    7. Playing a game, works. But: if I close the game by using the Home Button, the music of the game is still playing.

    8. While making a phone call, the screen freezes sometimes and I can't end the call.

    Alright. these are my problems.

    Greetings,

I Have also had this problem with memory being drained from my iPhone but surprisingly not my mini iPad. Have you had any response from Apple regarding this? Another issue I have had is with iMessage in that it only works if my messages are linked with my email address. Is there anyway to go back to the previous iOS version I was using?

Word on the street is that iOS 8.0.1 was released this morning.  Not certain what issues it will fix, but we are hopeful.

My huge issue (other than those already listed) is that I cannot delete apps. None. Nowhere. Nohow. I can't long press an app and then hit the red X when it becomes squiggly, and I can't delete them in settings~general~usage either. Why??? I downloaded a ton of the new iOS 8 apps to check out (not intending to keep forever) and now my memory's full, phone's hot, battery life *****, and nothing is working as it should. Help me.

Safari is draining the battery like ****...

In 5-6 minutes surfing, i can watch the battery life go down from 100% to 90%.... definatelly not normal

Same with games... e.g. HayDay (like Farmville) drains around 10-15% in less then 10 minutes.

What's driving me mad is that the Settings app keeps crashing. It happens especially if I open Settings, go to another app (thus it's in the background, but open) and return to it. As soon as I'm in Settings again it quits. I've restored already and no difference. iOS 8.0.1 didn't help either.

Offline reading list does not work. You just get Safari encountered a problem when trying to open an item in reading list when you have no wifi or data.

According to the release notes, "Fixes an issue that prevented some apps from accessing photos from the photo library."  Nope.  Issue still persists and the update introduced new bugs including loss of cellular service.  Really Apple?  Your users expect better than this.  You are letting us down!!

Absolutely same problems. Worse of all is battery life.

After upgrading iPhone 5 to IOS8 I have an issue with Bluetooth. When my phone is connected to my Toyota Camry 2014, the middle button on my steering wheel that used to display playlists, artists, genre, etc. no longer works. pressing the button now does nothing after upgrading to IOS8. If I connect the phone to my car via USB cable, the button works though. thd middle button on my steering wheel doesn't work only with Bluetooth.
