My Iphone 6 was due to be delivered on the 22nd September, but yesterday (19th) I received a e-mail from Apple saying it was going to be delivered today (20th). Whilst being delighted I was also sceptical and phoned Apple support. It turns out that these e-mails were sent out to a lot of people in error and they will not be arriving at the updated time.
Many people have been victims of this, and they well be waiting in for a delivery that won't come.
What I can't understand is why apple aren't informing people of their mistake.
What would Steve Jobs have thought about this shoddy customer support by Apple?
