iphone 6 plus won't backup
New iphone 6 plus set up went well. Was able to back up from past backups. But now won't back up or sync. Keep getting error message at last step. No error message number
I got also a new iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB - I restored it from a Backup of an iPhone 4 - this was successful. After this I tried to get an iCloud-Backup (connecting with power, wifi and locked). But there was no successful Backup. I called the Apple Support two times, they gave me some very interesting solutions, but it won't work. Then I was looking to my Apps like Voice-Recorder, Voice-Memo, Genius-Scan, Music, they were full of files. I saved them on my MacBook and then I deleted them from the iPhone. After this it was working, I got my first automatically Backup with iCloud!
