Jan 14, 2015 11:23 PM in response to LGLAustinby policeofficer1212,I got also a new iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB - I restored it from a Backup of an iPhone 4 - this was successful. After this I tried to get an iCloud-Backup (connecting with power, wifi and locked). But there was no successful Backup. I called the Apple Support two times, they gave me some very interesting solutions, but it won't work. Then I was looking to my Apps like Voice-Recorder, Voice-Memo, Genius-Scan, Music, they were full of files. I saved them on my MacBook and then I deleted them from the iPhone. After this it was working, I got my first automatically Backup with iCloud!
