I have two phone on my account. I just uploaded iOS8 and now when one phone number is called, both phones ring. This will certainly cause confusion and lead to frustration. How can I turn this feature off?

That setting does not control making a FaceTime call while in cellular. That controls the continuity with answering your iPhone cellular calls on another device. This phenomenon will only occur when both devices are logged into the same Apple ID and are currently on the same Wi-Fi network.
This has to do with continuity. Go to Settings>FaceTime>iPhone cellular calls and turn off. This will occur with more than one phone logged in with same Apple ID on the same Wi-Fi network.
Thanks Chris...it was not an intuitive setting to find. I was looking for phone settings not Facetime settings. It worked and I appreciate your fast reply.
Glad it worked out. And yes, it can be confusing.
don't you want to leave this on so you can make face time call on the cellular signal? turning this off is the the solution. I am having the same issue.
