I just got my iPhone 6 Plus and I love it! it is however having one issue that I'm not sure how to fix. In the health app it should be tracking my steps, flights of stairs, and running. It hasn't tracked anything and I don't know what to do. There is no specific setting tab for the Health app.

I had this same problem to. When I went to the health app, clicked on steps and the show on dashboard, it said that my phone was a source and it has been counting my steps ever since. It would not show flights of stairs, but running/walking and steps it will use your phone unless I'm missing something else with this part.
So it's working on one thing in your iPhone. For me none of those things said anything about my iPhone as a tracker. It worked for me when I had my 5s in iOS 8 beta. Now it won't work in the final build on my 6 Plus, my brothers 6, and my sisters 5s.
Got the health app to work! I had to reset all settings though. I wouldn't suggest resetting the settings unless it's necessary to have the health app. If you can wait for a fix in the next iOS update, do that.
Which version of iOS are you running? I'm having the same problem but don't want to reset. I'm on 8.0.2 now... hopefully Apple will have a fix soon.
I'm running iOS 8.0.2 now. But I think the reset was what made it work.

Resetting the settings did not work for me.
Running IOS 9.0.2 and have the same issue. The Health app does not track anything. Under Devices there is nothing....
Please let's all call Apple Support and report this issue so they are aware of it so it can be fixed... it seems that the problem still there since IOS 8...
Same problem. Was at the apple store last night. The only suggest was backing up my phone and setting it up as a new phone. I don't want to go through the pain and hassle of this.
