I pre-ordered iPhone 6 on the day of launch at exactly 2:30 AM when the apple stores were up
The delivery date was 9/19. All this while I was hoping and wishing that I would get the phone delivered 1 day sooner. Never mind, I had high hopes, but it's Saturday 9/20 and the phone isn't still delivered. So I called up Apple's customer support number 1800-MY-APPLE. The automated machine did not understand numbers 95014...kept asking me the same thing again and again. It understood the web order number though...which is weird. And then I listened to Apple radio for about 15 minutes and eventually hung up.
I seriously hope this gets better for Apple. BTW, I have bought the last 4 version of iPhone on the launch day and don't expect this for being a loyal Apple customer...
Any suggestions???
